Being Kinect-ic

Wireless controllers are the must have nowadays. The Wii was the first to use wireless controllers followed by the PlayStation Move and the Microsoft Kinect. The Wii had the motion detecting capabilities. It was a hit and a very sellable console. The Wii came up in 2006 and it competes with Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3(PS3). Not too long ago, Microsoft and Sony came up with their own wireless controllers. Sony came up with the PlayStation Move whiles Microsoft was waiting for the right time came up with Microsoft Kinect.

Canon or Nikon?

Canon and Nikon have been dominating the DSLR market. And there's the question,"Which DSLR brand is the best? Canon or Nikon?". Both Nikon and Canon cameras are as good as each other. You can't just follow your friends to determine which brand you're going to use. YOU have to choose it yourself. But of course, if someone were to pass their gear on to you, you won't have a choice. But what if, no one was going to pass their gear on to you?

Google Nexus S?

Some time ago, Google teamed up with HTC and created the Google Nexus One with Android 2.2 OS. It beat the iPhone in every single way(except for the Apps Store) and it was a very powerful smartphone. It had the 3.7" OLED for contrast and brilliant colours. It had the 1Ghz processor and a 5mp camera. It really was an iPhone competitor. And just recently, Google teamed up with Samsung this time, and created the Google Nexus S. Sounds like a Samsung Galaxy S sibling to me and it IS very similar to the Galaxy S. I don't blame you if you think so too ;P

Choosing your photography gear

Picking up photography is really addictive. That's how I got into photography. I actually started out with a Nikon Coolpix L18. After taking a few shots with this camera, it wasn't that good. Don't get me wrong, its a great camera to begin with. Especially at its price range(you can get it for $90/RM400-500 off eBay). Anyway, the camera system consists of :

• the camera body
• the lens
• flash

Day 1?

Mmm, my first post? This is like my second blog because I was too lazy to update the older blog. This blog is generally about my personal life and photography. Ciao (:
